On Thursday 12 February 2026, Inspiring More Sustainability (IMS) held a presentation conference outlining the activities of the Luxembourg non-profit organisation.

At the event, Nancy Thomas, Director of IMS Luxembourg and Julien Demoulin, Vice-President, provided a review of IMS’s 2025 highlights and detailed the continuation of ongoing projects, as well as its new initiatives for 2026.

Two new professional clubs were announced and IMS said the aim of these - the first dedicated to Mobility and Facility Managers, and the second to Human Resources professionals - is to create a forum for peer exchange and to encourage the sharing of practical and operational solutions. In total, five professional clubs are available to IMS members. From this year onwards, each club will be supported by a steering committee comprising representatives of member companies actively engaged in the club’s theme.

Participation is reserved exclusively for CEOs of organisations that are members of the IMS network. The steering committee comprises Thierry Flies (Schroeder & Associés), Julien Demoulin (Sodexo), Marie-Hélène Massard (Foyer) and Pascale Kauffman (Apollo Strategists).

IMS also announced the coordination of two national projects: Green Business Events and EcoLabel Luxembourg.

Green Business Events is an initiative of the Directorate-General for Tourism within the Ministry of the Economy, Luxembourg. Since the end of 2025, IMS has coordinated the project and supported event organisers free of charge in obtaining the label. The initiative promotes environmentally responsible business events in Luxembourg and develops sustainable event solutions in collaboration with sector stakeholders. Green Business Events applies to all types of events within the business events sector, including conferences, congresses, conventions, exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate events and incentive events.

The EcoLabel Luxembourg has been awarded since 1999 by the Directorate-General for Tourism within the Ministry of the Economy, Luxembourg. Since the end of 2025, IMS Luxembourg has coordinated the label and supported tourist accommodation providers. Hotels, campsites, guesthouses, youth hostels and group accommodation providers can receive personalised and free support to optimise the ecological management of the establishment and adopt best practices to reduce costs linked to energy and water consumption as well as waste production.

Moreover, IMS welcomed the new organisations that have joined the IMS network. Membership offers all staff within member organisations privileged access to events, workshops, resources and the expertise of IMS Luxembourg, as well as preferential rates for training courses delivered by the Sustainability Academy.
