A new edition of MooFest is taking place at the Rockhal in Esch-Belval on Saturday 18 April 2026; doors open at 19:00.
Every year since 2013, MooFest and Rocklab have been inviting audiences to an evening filled with Luxembourgish bands. Emphasis is placed on a diverse and varied programme, which ultimately also benefits a good cause: all proceeds will be donated to the Fondation Thierry van Werveke, which, like MooFest, is committed to togetherness, exchange and the support of young art and music as well as cultural diversity.
Bands support MooFest by waiving their fees, as does the Rocklab and all those who participate and support it "with heart and soul", noted the organisers.
The Fondation Thierry van Werveke will be present with a stand, as will UBAKA, which will present its support programme for children.
Furthermore, the Fondation Thierry Van Werveke will honour a number of late Luxembourgish artists and musicians, including Alain Hertges, Jean-Paul Endré aka Teacher, Pascal Alff aka De Pascal vu Wooltz and Petz Schaack aka Obelux.
The lineup features SUPERDRIVE, Fallen Lies, Weakonstruction, MooF and Scarlet Anger.
