In the field of cybersecurity, cegecom has signed a partnership with Luxcontrol, a reference player in compliance and audit services. Through this collaboration, cegecom is reportedly able to offer its customers a full range of consulting and auditing services, enhancing its existing portfolio of secure connectivity, network protection services (including DDoS protection, managed firewalls and secure private connectivity) and "state-of-the-art" voice services.

"For Luxembourg SMEs, cybersecurity and compliance requirements, such as NIS2 or ISO 27001, are becoming critical business issues. Together with Luxcontrol, we want to provide pragmatic and accessible solutions to strengthen our clients’ resilience," explained Serge Eiffes.

At the same time, cegecom has announced a new partnership with Dotika, a Luxembourg-based expert in strategic AI consulting for business leaders and IT executives. The reported objective is to enable SMEs to navigate the complexities of AI and translate its potential into concrete and secure business use cases. Cegecom and Dotika now jointly offer a strategic AI audit, designed specifically for SMEs.

"For many business leaders, AI can seem both a major opportunity and a source of uncertainty. With Dotika, we want to help them take the right decisions and leverage AI to enhance their competitiveness," commented Serge Eiffes.
