On Thursday 6 August 2026, the LCGB and the management of Morganite Luxembourg SA signed a new collective labour agreement covering the company's 75 employees.

According to the trade union, the agreement, which is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028, was concluded following constructive social dialogue and introduces several measures aimed at improving employees' working conditions.

The agreement provides in particular for:

  • a progressive linear salary increase linked to seniority and annual performance reviews;
  • an increase in the annual attendance bonus to €600 gross from 1 July 2026;
  • higher travel allowances;
  • the introduction of an overtime hours account to facilitate compensatory time off;
  • the introduction of the right to disconnect, aimed at supporting employees' work-life balance.

According to the LCGB, the agreement demonstrates once again that social dialogue can deliver tangible results for employees.
