On Wednesday 14 January 2026, the Luxembourg-based consulting firm Resultance formally highlighted the appointment of Emmanuel Gay as Managing Partner, a role he assumed in 2025.
The company reported that it has doubled in size over the past four years and has surpassed 200 employees. Resultance now operates in eight European cities, including Luxembourg, Brussels and Liège in Belgium, London in the United Kingdom (UK), as well as Lyon, Nice and Lille in France.
According to the firm, its development results from a distinctive positioning based on a pragmatic, results-focused consulting approach that supports companies from strategy through to execution. This model reportedly continues to attract major European and international clients, including Danone, Sanofi, TotalEnergies, GSK, ArcelorMittal and SNCF, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
“We have built our success on close relationships with our clients, co-creating solutions and a constant focus on tangible results,” explained Emmanuel Gay, Managing Partner of the group.
To address the growing complexity of transformation projects, Resultance highlighted the integration of MACS Consulting in 2024, a Lyon-based firm recognised for its supply chain and industrial performance expertise, which has reportedly strengthened the group’s offering in areas such as operational resilience and flow planning.
On the digital side, the subsidiary Metrum specialises in ERP integration, data and artificial intelligence (AI) and tailored IT development, and now holds Gold Partner status with Odoo in Luxembourg and Silver Partner status in Belgium. Odoo, a modular open-source ERP, serves as a strategic tool for SMEs seeking to structure and digitalise their operations in an agile manner.
“Odoo is a true game changer in the ERP landscape. Our role is to turn it into a performance driver for the companies we support,” Emmanuel Gay added.
This momentum has led to flagship projects in agentic AI and machine learning for global industry leaders. The company explained that these initiatives have received recognition, including a FEDIL award for AI adoption at Fisher and presentations during a masterclass held with GSK at the LogiPharma trade fair, a global life sciences supply chain event.
The group appointed Emmanuel Gay as Managing Partner in 2025, marking a new phase in Resultance’s organisational development. According to the firm, he aims to continue this trajectory with consistency and ambition, supported by a clear vision and a strong commitment to the company’s founding values.
“Our goal is to strengthen our European footprint while preserving our unique culture, built around impact, innovation and people,” Emmanuel Gay noted.
