On Tuesday 13 May 2025, IEE SA, based in Bissen in central Luxembourg, announced the completion of the divestiture of ALL Circuits to DBG Technology, an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider based in China.

In a press release, IEE reported that the sale, finalised on Monday 12 May 2025, benefitted both parties and was aligned with IEE's commitment to invest in its core business areas.

Paul Schockmel, CEO of IEE, stated: “IEE has nearly doubled its sales turnover in the past four years and plans to invest in new technologies and products to further expand its core business in the coming years”.

IEE explained that the divestiture marked a significant milestone in the company’s journey to concentrate on its core competencies, particularly in the development and deployment of sensing solutions. IEE's strategic focus will now be on enhancing its software-defined in-cabin sensing technologies, innovative battery management systems (BMS) and smart health sensing solutions.

IEE added that it remained committed to innovation, creating solutions and working closely with customers, suppliers and public research to support manufacturing efforts. This collaboration reportedly ensures that IEE not only meets the evolving demands of the automotive industry but also continues to set benchmarks in technology and innovation. As part of this evolving relationship, IEE and DBG plan to continue working together, capitalising on their shared vision for the future, according to IEE.

Paul Schockmel concluded by saying that "we sincerely appreciate the dedication and collaboration of the management and staff at ALL Circuits over the past decade. As we move forward, I am confident that DBG Technology will be instrumental in supporting the development of ALL Circuits, ensuring they remain avital partner within our EMS ecosystem."
