Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced an increase in certain fuel prices.

As of Wednesday 1 April 2026, the price of diesel has risen by 5.2 cents, reaching €2.057 per litre (including VAT), while that of heating oil (10 ppm S, ≥ 1 500 litres) has increased by 5.3 cents to €1.517 per litre

Prices for diesel for industrial use went up by 5.1 cents to €1.612 per litre, while diesel for agricultural and horticultural use moved up by 5.2 cents to €1.460 per litre.

Prices for unleaded 95 octane petrol (€1.758 per litre) and unleaded 98 octane petrol (€1.858 per litre), as well as LPG (93.0 cents/L) and household propane (95.3 cents/L) are unaffected this time.

Fuel prices have fluctuated in Luxembourg and other countries in recent weeks amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
