Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced an increase in diesel and heating oil prices.
As of Saturday 4 April 2026, the price of diesel at the pump has risen by 16.5 cents to €2.186 per litre (including VAT). Heating oil (10 ppm S, ≥ 1,500 litres) prices have increased by 17.2 cents to €1.649 per litre.
Prices for diesel for industrial and commercial use and diesel for agricultural and horticultural use also increased by 16.6 and 16.5 cents, respectively, to €1.742 and €1.589 per litre.
These increases follow more moderate price drops on Friday 3 April 2026.
Petrol prices, as well as the price of LPG and propane, remain unchanged at this time.
Fuel prices have fluctuated in Luxembourg and other countries in recent weeks amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
