Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced an increase in certain fuel prices.
As of Thursday 9 April 2026, the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol has risen by 1.8 cents, reaching €1.776 per litre (including VAT), while unleaded 98 octane petrol has increased by 2.8 cents to €1.886 per litre.
Diesel and heating oil (10 ppm S, ≥ 1 500 litres) prices remain unchanged at €2.186 and €1.649 per litre, respectively.
Prices for diesel for industrial and commercial use (€1.742/L), diesel for agricultural and horticultural use (€1.589/L), LPG (87.6 cents/L) and propane (89.6 cents/L) are also unaffected at this time.
