The Automobile Club of Luxembourg (ACL) will hold its second-hand bazaar for children's used car seats on its premises in Bertrange and Ingeldorf on Saturday 6 June 2026, from 09:00 to 13:00.
Over the years, the ACL Child Car Seat Bazaar has become a popular event for those looking for an additional child car seat for a second vehicle, for grandparents, or simply for a more economical solution to transport children safely. The second-hand sale is organised twice a year by ACL for club members only.
The seats offered for sale were previously deposited by ACL members and comply with ECE R44/03, ECE R44/04 or R129 (i-Size) standards. Prices are set freely by sellers and vary according to the model, age and condition of the seat.
During previous editions, observed prices generally ranged between €50 and €150 for the most common models.
The ACL advises that payment is in cash only.
ACL staff will be present on site to answer questions relating to child safety in vehicles and to advise buyers. Visitors will also be able to consult the results of comparative child car seat tests published by ACL in recent years.
