Luxembourg City to Host Special Needs Awareness Weeks, Sporting Event

The City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg – VdL) has announced that an Action and Sports Day forming part of the Special Needs Awareness Weeks will take place on Saturday 27 April 2024 at Place d’Armes in Luxembourg-Ville from 09:00 to 18:00.

Different associations working in the field of special needs will hold workshops, events and information stands, thus offering many opportunities to learn about the various special needs and the services offered by the VdL and its partner associations.

The official opening in the presence of members of the College of Aldermen will take place at 11:00.

Through the organisation of the Special Needs Awareness Weeks, VdL and its partners noted their wish to raise awareness among the general public, encourage dialogue with the people concerned and thereby promote living together based on mutual understanding.
