Casino 2000 has announced it will host Italian comedian Una Roberta on Sunday 27 September 2026 from 17:00 in the Chapito Room at its premises in Mondorf-les-Bains.
According to the organisers, the show will combine humour, cultural observations and personal anecdotes, as the Italian comedian her arrival in Luxembourg as a newly arrived Italian who did not speak French and had to navigate the subtleties of Luxembourgish culture.
The performance explores themes such as language barriers, cultural misunderstandings and gastronomy, with the artist sharing stories about her early experiences, unexpected encounters and culinary discoveries. The organisers describe the show as both humorous and sincere, highlighting Una Roberta’s self-deprecating style and reflections on differences between Italian and Luxembourgish customs.
The organisers also noted that topics including aperitifs, flirting, local expressions and football will feature in the performance, presented through the lens of cross-cultural comparison.
