Coque to Host 40th Edition of Student Fair

Luxembourg's Ministry of Research and Higher Education and the Association of Luxembourg Student Circles (ACEL) have announced that the 40th edition of the Student Fair (Studentefoire) will take place on Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October 2026 at the Coque National Sports and Culture Centre in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

The organisers described the Student Fair as a key event for supporting students in their final two years of secondary school. This year, the event's format is evolving to better meet the expectations of young people and reflect the changing educational and professional landscape.

In addition to the areas traditionally dedicated to higher education, the fair will include:

• a hub dedicated to career guidance, bringing together information on professions and professional life;
• an enhanced space devoted to youth engagement, highlighting civic, community and cultural initiatives, as well as volunteering.

According to the organisers, these changes reflect their shared commitment to supporting young people in building their future plans, whether academic or professional.

As partners of the Student Fair, the ministry and ACEL have jointly conducted discussions in recent months regarding the future of the event. These discussions have made it possible to adapt the event's format to the needs expressed by students and to guarantee an enriching experience for all visitors, they said.

"With expanded themed areas, a diverse range of offerings and a unique venue like the Coque, the 2026 Student Fair promises to be a particularly enriching edition," added the organisers.
