On Tuesday 28 April 2026, Luxair announced it has partnered with Luxembourgish chef Anne Knepper for its Business Class menus.

Luxair said it continued to highlight culinary talent from Luxembourg and the Greater Region by collaborating this summer with the Luxembourgish chef, whose contemporary, ingredient-focused cuisine will shape the airline’s Business Class menus.

Throughout the summer season, Business Class passengers will be able to enjoy a selection of menus created by Anne Knepper, designed to bring “freshness, balance and flavour” to the onboard dining experience. Served on a rotating basis on flights across Luxair’s network, the culinary offer will include breakfast creations as well as cold meals presented as complete menus with a starter, main course and dessert.

The Luxembourg airline said: “Combining simplicity with refinement, the dishes are designed to highlight carefully selected ingredients and natural flavours, while remaining perfectly suited to the unique environment of in-flight service. They bring local and seasonal flavours on board, with ingredients such as local trout, cheese and ham from Luxembourg, as well as creations like smoked trout tartare served with buckwheat salad or a trout-stuffed zucchini flower.”

Anne Knepper, Head Chef and Co-founder of Public House in Luxembourg, is known for her modern and accessible culinary style. Her cooking is guided by quality ingredients, seasonal inspiration and balanced, contemporary flavours.

“Every dish begins with the ingredient,” said Anne Knepper. “For this collaboration with Luxair, I wanted to create menus that feel fresh, balanced and elegant, offering passengers a memorable culinary moment as part of their journey.”

“We are always looking for new ways to enhance the experience we offer our Business Class customers,” said Thomas Fischer, Chief Commercial Officer at Luxair. “With Anne Knepper, we have found a chef whose modern approach and strong sense for flavour bring fresh momentum to our onboard dining. This collaboration celebrates local talent and reflects the refined, contemporary Luxembourg we are proud to share with our passengers.”

Luxair noted that the menus are served on rotation and may vary by flight.
