The NETWORK, an established international professional women's association based in Luxembourg, is organising an event dedicated to "Demystifying AI for Personal Growth" on Wednesday 22 April 2026 at the Oekozenter Pafendall (6 Rue Vauban, L-2663), from 18:00 to 21:30.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is everywhere right now, but how can it actually support people in everyday life? In this practical and interactive session, attendees will discover how AI can become a valuable tool for personal growth. Through hands-on exercises and real-life examples, The NETWORK will explore simple and meaningful ways to use AI for reflection, learning, productivity, streamlining everyday processes and building better habits.

No technical skills are needed - just curiosity and a laptop.

Interactive workshops on the agenda include:

  • Define your value proposition with AI
  • From chat to action: build your first AI workflow
  • Note to self: remember everything
  • Don't just use AI: know what it's doing

Participants will work in small groups on development-focused topics using AI tools. They will learn how to identify and choose the most relevant AI tools, practical prompting techniques, how to handle data responsibly and how to build and apply knowledge using AI tools through practical, interactive exercises with real learning outcomes.

The event will close with a short knowledge exchange, followed by networking and drinks.
