
Interoute, Europe's principal network and cloud service platform manager present here in the Grand Duchy, announced Thursday that it has appointed Michel Verwaerde as Country Manager Belux.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Verwaerde has been working at Easynet since 2011, a telecommunications service provider which was acquired by Interoute in 2015. He has previously held sales manager positions at T-Systems, the integration division of Deutsche Telekom, and Pendax Tree Associates International. Since the acquisition took effect, Mr. Verwaerde has been focusing on the integration of the two Belgian entities.

Interoute's European network is made up of 14 Virtual Data Centres, 12 data hosting centres and 31 collocation facilitiesconnected to 195 other date centre partners across the continent.
