On Wednesday 19 November 2025, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie, accompanied by Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Xavier Bettel, undertook a courtesy visit to The Hague, Netherlands.

According to the Government Information and Press Service (SIP), the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess were welcomed by the King and Queen of the Netherlands for a breakfast at the Royal Palace Huis ten Bosch.

Following the breakfast, the Grand Duke and Minister Bettel were received by the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof, at the Catshuis for a bilateral meeting.

The Grand-Ducal couple then met with the Presidents of the Senate and the House of Representatives at the seat of the States General.

The SIP reported that Minister Bettel held a bilateral meeting with the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs, David van Weel, where discussions focused on Luxembourg–Netherlands relations and key European and international matters.

Moreover, the visit concluded with a private lunch attended by the Grand-Ducal couple and the Dutch Royal couple at Noordeinde Palace.
