Rosa Lëtzebuerg asbl has announced “Rupture”, a photo exhibition by Iranian digital artist and visual designer Alex Loos, which will open on Friday 16 January 2026 at the Rainbow Center in Luxembourg-Ville.

According to the organisers, the artist’s work explores the human body as a site of pressure, restraint and contained tension. Through photography and digital manipulation, the portraits move between stillness and disruption, revealing moments where silence can no longer be maintained. The works presented in Rupture rely on gaze, colour, repetition and compositional restraint rather than action or overt gesture; faces appear controlled and almost sealed, yet marked by fractures and distortions that suggest internal pressure reaching a breaking point.

The opening reception will begin at 18:30 on Friday. The exhibition will remain on display until Tuesday 18 March 2026. Entry is free.
