His Royal Highness Prince Charles of Luxembourg celebrated his third birthday on Wednesday 10 May 2023.
Prince Charles Jean Philippe Joseph Marie Guillaume was born on 10 May 2020 at the Maternité Grande-Duchesse Charlotte in Luxembourg. He is the first child of Their Royal Highnesses Prince Guillaume, the Hereditary Grand Duke, and Princess Stéphanie, the Hereditary Grand Duchess, and second in Luxembourg's line of succession.
Prince Charles was baptised at the Abbaye Saint-Maurice de Clervaux on 19 September 2020. His godparents are his paternal uncle, His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Luxembourg, and his maternal aunt, Countess Gaëlle de Lannoy.
Prince Charles has one younger brother, Prince François of Luxembourg, who was born on 27 March 2023.
