The Grand Ducal Police have reported that at around 03:50 on Sunday 21 September 2025, a vehicle fire occurred on Rue d’Ell in Rédange/Attert.
According to the police report, CGDIS was already on site and quickly extinguished the fire. The driver was found on the opposite side of the street, where officers noticed the smell of alcohol during a brief conversation. A driving licence withdrawal was notified.
The driver stated that the fire had started at the front right tyre before spreading to the entire vehicle.
