The Grand Ducal Police have reported the arrest of a suspect following a stabbing in Luxembourg-Gare.
Shortly before 14:00 on Monday 2 February 2026, police received a report that a man had been stabbed in Rue Adolphe Fischer in the capital's train station district. Officers quickly apprehended the suspect and provided first aid to the victim at the scene. The victim was then taken to hospital for medical treatment.
Initial reports indicate that the victim and the suspect knew each other.
