The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a traffic accident involving a police car occurred in Rodange on Friday 3 April 2026.
The accident took place at around 12:40. According to initial reports, the police car was en route to an incident when it collided with another vehicle on Route de Longwy. The impact also caused a collision with a parked vehicle. Significant material damage was incurred, according to the police.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to hospital for observation.
An accident report was filed, and the road was closed for the duration of the cleanup operation.
