Luxair has reported that on Sunday 12 April 2026, flight LG3837 from Luxembourg to Madrid returned to Luxembourg as a precautionary measure after a technical indication affecting an engine occurred during the flight.
According to the airline, the aircraft Luxair Boeing LX-LBT landed safely at Luxembourg Airport, with the captain and crew keeping passengers informed throughout the flight.
Luxair notad that it has informed customers and is assisting them in both Luxembourg and Madrid. The airline will contact passengers individually to rebook them on alternative flights.
The airline apologised for the inconvenience caused and thanked customers for their understanding, highlighting that the safety of passengers and crew remains the airline’s top priority.
