ING Luxembourg and the City of Luxembourg (VdL) have announced the upcoming third edition of the Luxembourg Pride Run, which will start at Place Guillaume II in Luxembourg-Ville, on Friday 11 July 2025 at 19:00.
The Luxembourg Pride Run invites runners and walkers to participate in a 5km or 10km course in a spirit of sharing and conviviality and is described as a “colourful and festive event that celebrates diversity, inclusion and equality”. The run brings together companies, associations, friends, families and all individuals committed to supporting the LGBTIQ+ community, who together strive to “create a safe and open space where everyone can express themselves freely while celebrating diversity”.
The 2024 race attracted approximately 3,500 participants.
The event will feature the "Luxembourg Pride Run Village”, where attendees can meet local LGBTIQ+ organisations and companies committed to promoting diversity and inclusion. There will also be a variety of food and refreshments available from several stands. During the race, streets are not closed to traffic.
This initiative is organised jointly by the VdL and ING Luxembourg and part of the funds raised through registration will be donated to projects run by local organisations Rosa Lëtzebuerg and CENTRE LGBTIQ+ Cigale.
Registration costs €22 (early registration) up to €28 (on the day). More information is available at https://www.luxembourgpriderun.lu.
