On Saturday 4 October 2025, the draw for the men’s Round of 16 of the Loterie Nationale Coupe de Luxembourg took place in Steinsel, producing a repeat of last season’s final between Basket Esch and Etzella Ettelbruck.
The current cup holders Basket Esch will host league champions and 2025 finalists Etzella Ettelbruck on Thursday 15 October 2025. The match will mark both teams’ debut in this year’s competition, as the top six clubs from the 2024/25 season were exempt from the previous round. Four teams from National 2 remain in the competition.

The Round of 16 of the LALUX Ladies Cup will mark the start of this season’s competition. Defending champions Gréngewald Hueschtert, who are currently competing in Luxembourg’s second-tier division, will host T71 Dudelange in Oberanven.
Last season’s finalists Sparta Bertrange will open the round on Tuesday 14 October 2025 with an away match against National 2 side Black Star Mersch.
