On Saturday 3 October 2026, teams in Luxembourg’s Women’s and Men’s Enovos League contested Game Day 3 of the 2026/27 regular season, with last season’s men’s runners-up Sparta Bertrange handing defending champions Etzella Ettelbruck their first defeat of the campaign.
Men’s League: seven teams share 2-1 record
Gavin Love’s team travelled to Bertrange with a perfect 2-0 record, but the hosts built a nine-point advantage in the opening quarter, led by Max Logelin with nine points and Jarvis Williams with eight.
Etzella reduced the deficit to six points in the second quarter, but Sparta took control after half-time with a 20-4 run. The hosts maintained their advantage over the final ten minutes to secure a 77-56 victory.
Two Sparta players recorded double-doubles. US centre Avelon Luke John Jr finished with seventeen points and fifteen rebounds, while his compatriot Jarvis Williams contributed sixteen points and ten rebounds. Luxembourg national team player Max Logelin also scored seventeen points for the hosts.
The result left both teams with two wins and one defeat, the same record as five other clubs. Among them are Musel Pikes and Arantia Larochette, who faced each other in Stadtbredimus. The hosts secured an 87-84 victory after Enzo Sanna hit a three-pointer with six seconds remaining.

Women’s League: T71 Dudelange, Musel Pikes remain unbeaten
In the women’s league, two teams remain unbeaten after Game Day 3. Defending champions T71 Dudelange recorded an 83-47 away victory over AB Contern. Lauren Van Kleunen led Tom Schumacher’s team with a game-high 32 points.
Musel Pikes also improved to a 3-0 record after defeating Les Sangliers Wooltz 109-49 away from home. As in the previous games, Luxembourg national team captain Magaly Meynadier led the Pikes in scoring, finishing with 26 points and making eight of her nine attempts from three-point range.
In the other match, Amicale Steinsel recorded their first victory of the season with a 91-78 away win over Gréngewald Hueschtert. Desiree Ramos scored a game-high 35 points for the visitors.
