Luxembourg-based technology companies, Mixvoip and Elora, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at transforming the way businesses manage incoming calls through artificial intelligence.
Mixvoip, a telecommunications operator and IT solutions provider based in Luxembourg, with operations in Belgium, Germany and France and Elora, a Luxembourg-based startup specialising in conversational assistants powered by generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), announced that their new product adopts conversational AI within business telephony environments to provide a solution which ensures that every call is answered and every customer interaction is handled efficiently, at any time of the day.
Following the announcement, Elora said: “Every day, businesses miss important calls. During peak activity periods, breaks, travel or outside regular business hours, teams are not always available to respond immediately. Yet every missed call can represent a lost opportunity, an unanswered customer request, or an additional disruption to daily operations.”
According to the company, through native SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) integration with Mixvoip’s Cloud PBX platform, Elora’s AI-powered Call Agents can answer incoming calls, understand caller requests and automate a wide range of daily tasks, including call transfers, structured message taking and request qualification. Combined with Elora’s expertise in conversational AI for telephony, AI Call Agents can conduct natural conversations in multiple languages, understand caller intent, transfer calls, take structured messages and even create tickets directly within business tools and workflows - all without human intervention.
MIXVOIP and Elora stressed: “The objective is not to replace teams but to ensure that no important call goes unanswered, even during busy periods or outside standard office hours.”
They added: “Artificial intelligence is often perceived as expensive and not always capable of delivering a clear return on investment. This partnership aims to change that perception by making AI-powered solutions accessible through a simple integration that works directly with the tools businesses already use.”
