The British Ladies Club of Luxembourg (BLC) hosted the 31st edition of its annual Car Boot Sale at Parking Adenauer in Luxembourg-Kirchberg on Saturday 17 May 2025.
This popular event is an occasion for anyone wishing to sell their unwanted second-hand treasures from the boot of their car or at a table. Refreshments were available again this year, as were children's activities such as face painting.
The annual Car Boot Sale is a major community event, as well as one of the BLC's main fundraising events for its chosen charities - for 2024-2025, these are St David's Hospice (Wales), Fondation Autisme Luxembourg (FAL) and MacMillan Cancer Support (UK).
Among those present this year were the new British Ambassador to Luxembourg, Joanne Olivier, and the newly elected Chair of the BLC, Amy Grech - both are pictured in the main photo of this article, with the British Ambassador in the middle of the group and the BLC Chair on the ambassador's right.
