On Friday 23 January 2026, Luxembourg’s Ministry of Culture has announced the launch of the second edition of its three-year call for applications entitled “Support for publishers of cultural journals”, as part of its funding policy.

The scheme is aimed at Luxembourg publishers of cultural journals, including commercial companies and non-profit associations. It seeks to support the development and dissemination of literary or cultural publications focusing on national heritage and history, as well as culture in a broader sense and societal issues in Luxembourg.

Through this support scheme, selected journals will benefit from increased financial predictability via a three-year agreement concluded with the State, following a selection process by a jury.

The call is open to publishers of cultural journals based in Luxembourg or with strong ties to the country’s cultural landscape.

Further details, including the conditions and selection criteria, are available on the Ministry of Culture’s website.
