Luxembourg’s Ministry of Culture has issued a call for projects for the seventh edition of “Rendez-vous aux jardins” which will take place from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 June 2026.
This year’s theme, “La vue” (“The View”), invites participants to explore how gardens shape our perception, incorporating landscape observation as well as artistic and digital approaches, including painting, photography, engraving and 3D experiences.
The Ministry of Culture has invited any interested individual, foundation or association to submit a participation project and open the doors of their park, esplanade or garden for one or several days. The initiative aims to raise visitors’ awareness of the protection, conservation, maintenance, restoration and creation of gardens.
A subsidy may be granted for knowledge-sharing projects such as conferences, colloquia, guided tours, themed routes and workshops, as well as for public cultural events including concerts, performances, exhibitions and lectures.
The ministry noted that it will promote the “Rendez-vous aux jardins” programme and selected projects via the website www.jardinsluxembourg.lu, through the publication of a brochure, the launch of an advertising campaign and promotion on social media.
Applications must be submitted no later than Friday 3 April 2026 via www.jardinsluxembourg.lu or by email to jardins.luxembourg@mc.etat.lu.
