Burger King has announced that it plans to recruit nearly 50 employees for its future restaurant in Esch-Belval, with a Job Day scheduled for Thursday 5 March 2026.

Burger King is continuing its expansion in the Grand Duchy with the planned opening of a new restaurant at 14 Avenue du Rock'n'Roll in Esch-Belval. The grand opening is planned for mid-April 2026, as soon as the ongoing construction work is completed.

To support this launch, the brand is recruiting nearly 50 "Crew Members" to form the team that will "bring this new location to life" from its opening.

Crew Members will be responsible for "welcoming customers with a king-size smile", participating in various activities in the kitchen, at the cash register or in the dining area. They will develop their autonomy while maintaining a team spirit, "respecting strict hygiene standards" and "ensuring excellent customer service", according to Burger King.

No specific diploma is required. Burger King said it is primarily looking for "motivated, dynamic individuals with a desire to learn and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment". Training, support and guidance are provided from the moment staff join the company.

"Above all, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people. We welcome all candidates, regardless of their diploma, training or experience. Beyond the pride of working for the King of Burgers in a very friendly atmosphere, Burger King offers many advantages, including numerous opportunities for advancement and flexible hours. I am delighted to be building my team around such a project," explained restaurant manager Ludivine Liégeois.

To quickly build its team, Burger King is organising a Job Day on Thursday, from 09:00 to 17:00, in the form of "speed dating" interviews. Candidates are invited to apply at the Burger King restaurant in Leudelange (1 Rue Léon Laval). Interviews will be conducted without an appointment. Interested individuals are encouraged to bring their CV and motivation letter.
