On Thursday 22 January 2026, Norman K, an independent wealth management platform for international entrepreneurs and large families, announced the opening of an office in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Following its establishment in London, United Kingdom (UK), Norman K described the Luxembourg office opening as a further step in structuring its European presence, building on long-standing relationships with the Luxembourg banking and insurance sectors.

To lead its Luxembourg subsidiary, Norman K appointed Nicolas L’Hermite as CEO and Nicolas Mayer as Sales Director. Nicolas L’Hermite brings eighteen years of experience in wealth management in Luxembourg. He has held commercial and managerial positions within the BNP Paribas Group. In recent years, he contributed to the development of offerings for strategic clients with assets exceeding $1 billion and their family offices. He has also advised shareholder families and senior executives of major companies across Europe, the Middle East and the United States of America (USA), providing comprehensive solutions for investments and operational structuring.

Nicolas Mayer brings more than fifteen years of experience in the wealth management sector in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, having worked at EFG Bank Luxembourg, ABN AMRO Bank and BGL BNP Paribas. Until recently, he served as Senior Wealth Manager at BGL BNP Paribas Wealth Management Luxembourg, where his role focused on managing and developing a portfolio of strategic clients, with a particular emphasis on the French market.

Founded in 2021, Norman K operates as an independent wealth management platform in open architecture, working with institutions in France and internationally. The company now has a presence in Paris and Nice in France, along with London (UK), Geneva (Switzerland) and Luxembourg.
