On Thursday 11 September 2025, Florent Venture Partners announced the launch of its debut fund, a Luxembourg SCSp, to back founders building the next generation of AI-native applications across Northern Europe and beyond.

The Luxembourg-based firm is composed of entrepreneurs and investors from Google Maps, Siri, Top Tier Capital Partners and early backers of Canva and Astranis.

According to the company, Florent Venture Partners utilises fundcraft’s digital fund operations platform to manage all aspects of its fund operations, including UCI administration, digital LP onboarding, automated KYC, transfer agency workflows and investor reporting, enabling a seamless, transparent experience for both GPs and LPs. 

Founded in 2021, fundcraft is a provider of end-to-end digital fund operations for the alternative asset management industry.

Florent Venture Partners first fund, structured as a Luxembourg SCSp, is fully powered by fundcraft’s digital fund operations platform, covering UCI administration, digital LP onboarding, automated KYC, transfer agency workflows and investor reporting in a single operating system.

The Florent Venture Partners founding team consists of:

• Christian Dorffer - Serial entrepreneur and GP across early-stage funds including venture capital firm of the founders of Candy Crush maker King.com

• Nolan Gray - Solar energy entrepreneur, co-founder Svea Solar (exit Altor Equity)

• Lars Rasmussen - Co-founder of Google Maps and former lead of Facebook’s Graph Search

• Mads Rydahl - Head of Product design and co-creator of Siri (acquired by Apple)

• Lisa Edgar - Former Managing Director at San Francisco-based fund of funds manager Top Tier Capital Partners
