On Monday 2 March 2026, Greenfield, the Luxembourg-based specialist recruitment firm, has announced a change to its brand identity, reflecting an evolution in its service offering and positioning within the Luxembourg market, with Greenfield Luxembourg now operating as Greenfield Talent Advisory.
The organisation explained that, over the past eighteen years, it has developed from a single-service permanent recruitment firm into a broader, multi-service talent advisory business. Since 2020, Greenfield has operated as a fully licensed interim (ITM) services provider, supporting clients across a range of talent solutions, including permanent recruitment, executive solutions (such as executive search and interim management), on-demand and interim solutions, as well as project hiring delivered through a Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.
According to the company, the name change formalises this transition and aligns the brand with the way the business currently operates, as well as its positioning within the Luxembourg talent market.
Greenfield confirmed that there are no changes to its team or delivery model, with the same long-standing team and service standards continuing under the new brand.
