Luxembourg-based company Dotika launched on Monday 18 August 2025, with the aim to become the Grand Duchy’s leader in artificial intelligence (AI).

Founded by three experts in the field of AI - Geoffrey Nichil, Alexandre Hotton and Miso Pecirep - the company has said it is “dedicated to helping businesses navigate their AI transformation”.

According to the founders of Dotika, AI is “not an end in itself but a tool” and their mission is “to help Luxembourg companies use it to achieve - and even exceed - their ambitions faster and more reliably”.

According to the company, their approach is built around four complementary pillars:

• Dotika Insights - Turning information overload into actionable intelligence for faster decision-making;

• Dotika Campus - Offering practical, role-based training tailored to specific needs (Data Scientist, Developer, Manager, Marketing etc.);

• Dotika Advisory - Defining a clear AI strategy aligned with business objectives, backed by a pragmatic and measurable roadmap;

• Dotika Delivery - Moving from proof-of-concept to production with a structured approach (architecture, security, machine learning operations) and transferring knowledge to ensure teams’ autonomy.

Dotika believe that many companies experiment with AI but struggle to go beyond the prototype stage. They aim to break through these barriers with a methodology forged through over 20 years of combined experience in AI.

Geoffrey Nichil, CEO of Dotika, said: “We are not afraid to tell things as they are. We want to build a company with no useless politics, driven by passionate people who live and breathe AI - and above all, help our clients achieve real, concrete impact fast. Our goal is clear: to become the AI reference in Luxembourg within eighteen months.”
