On Tuesday 24 February 2026, Luxembourg trade unions the LCGB and the OGBL announced the signing of a new collective labour agreement with DuPont de Nemours (Luxembourg).
According to the trade unions, the new collective agreement applies to the company’s 622 employees and was signed by the management of DuPont de Nemours (Luxembourg) on Monday 23 February 2026. It will run retroactively from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2028 inclusive.
The new collective agreement introduces several improvements, including:
• the granting of three one-off bonuses to all employees covered by the agreement, distributed over the three years of its validity;
• the definition of an average pay increase, expressed as a percentage of the total wage bill, over the next three years, including a guaranteed minimum for non-shift manual workers;
• the introduction of a long-service bonus for employees reaching 10, 15, 20, 30 and 35 years of service;
• the increase of the exceptional bonus awarded at 25 years’ service;
• the introduction of a retirement bonus.
The trade unions noted that in an economic context marked by uncertainty, this agreement demonstrated the social partners’ determination to preserve a stable and attractive social framework and reflected recognition of the commitment and professionalism shown by employees in recent years.
