
On Wednesday 21 May 2025, real estate developer Eaglestone Luxembourg announced the appointment of Jérôme Simon as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
In its press release, Eaglestone Luxembourg stated that it “remains focused on its growth strategy” with Jérôme Simon leading its Luxembourg operations from Monday 19 May 2025. The company noted that “his in-depth knowledge of the local market, combined with his expertise in urban development and results-driven approach, positions him as a key asset to drive the company’s ambitions forward in today’s demanding market environment”.
Eaglestone Luxembourg added that Mr Simon, a civil engineering graduate from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, having held senior positions at Belgian and Luxembourgish companies such as Thomas & Piron, Nextensa, Matexi and IRET. Since 2020, he has served as Associate Director at QBuild. According to the company, Mr Simon’s mission will now focus on strengthening and expanding Eaglestone’s operations in Luxembourg, where he will leverage the company’s existing portfolio and explore new opportunities across the group’s strategic segments.
“Jérôme’s experience and vision will be a valuable asset to our Luxembourg subsidiary. His appointment underscores our commitment to consolidating our presence in this key market and continuing our development there,” said co-CEO of Eaglestone Group, Nicolas Orts.
Eaglestone Luxembourg, part of the Eaglestone Group, currently manages a portfolio of seven projects, encompassing 37,000 m2 of space under construction and development.
