On Thursday 29 October 2026, Luxembourg’s National Employment Agency (ADEM) announced that, following the IT incident that led to the permanent shutdown of the former JobBoard, it has, in close collaboration with the Government IT Centre (CTIE), been actively working to implement new solutions enabling jobseekers to browse and apply for vacancies, while also giving employers access to candidate profiles.

An initial version of ADEM’s new JobBoard went live on Thursday morning and is now accessible via www.adem.lu.

All jobseekers, whether registered with ADEM or not, can now browse all vacancies for which employers have authorised direct applications. There are currently 2,500 job vacancies available.

For vacancies that do not allow direct applications, ADEM’s advisers will continue to assign candidates to positions. This arrangement will remain in place until a second version of the JobBoard goes live, which is scheduled for early December 2026.

Employers will be able to access candidate profiles in a third version of the JobBoard.

ADEM also emphasises that all its other online services accessible via MyGuichet.lu were unaffected by the IT security incident and remain fully operational.
