
At its meeting on 31 July 2025, the CMCM Board of Directors unanimously appointed Lara Marx as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), with retroactive effect from 1 July 2025.
Lara Marx has established herself as a central figure in the management of the CMCM in the previous 10 years. In her new role, she will continue as a responsible for the overall coordination of the different departments and their administrative operations, while also assuming responsibility for the overall coordination of CMCM's departments and their administrative operations.
The new division of responsibilities also enables the other members of the Executive Management - Patric de Waha, Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Pit van Rijswijck, Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Fabio Secci, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - to reflect the CMCM's commitment to modern governance and its strategic transformation under the "CMCM 2.0" vision, to offer its approximately 273,000 members a more accessible and personalised experience.
This expanded management team ensures clear and transparent governance, in the service of the mutual society and all its members.
According to the CMCM, the Board of Directors is confident that this development represents an important step towards strengthening the CMCM's structure and ensuring ever more effective and efficient management in the interest of its members.
