On Wednesday 10 September 2025, Luxembourg’s Ministry of Justice announced the swearing-in of Serge Schroeder as Vice-President of the Administrative Court, effective 16 September 2025.
According to the Ministry, the oath of office was administered by Minister of Justice Elisabeth Margue. Serge Schroeder has until now served as First Councillor at the Administrative Court.
The ceremony took place in the presence of Francis Delaporte, President of the Administrative Court.
