On Monday 5 January 2026, Ogier Global, Ogier's Corporate and Fiduciary services division, announced the appointment of Mark Grenyer as head of fund administration in Jersey and Michaël Goosse as head of fund administration in Luxembourg.

According to Ogier, Mark Grenyer is an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute with over 25 years of international financial services experience, primarily in the funds sector. He has worked across diverse asset classes, including real assets, infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, debt, renewable energy, hedge funds, litigation funding and fine art.

Michaël Goosse has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and fund administration industry in Luxembourg, with an extensive background working with international clients mainly in the corporate and private equity sector.

These new appointments bring Ogier Global's Fund Administration teams' headcount to 60 - an increase of 20% over the last year. In the last two years, Ogier Global has received its CSSF Fund licence in Luxembourg and its CBI Fund licence in Ireland.
