“As industries in Luxembourg – ranging from traditional sectors such as funds, banking and insurance to the emerging space and defence ecosystems – operate under increasing regulatory scrutiny and as their corporate life and transactions grow more complex, my ambition as Partner is to guide clients confidently through this evolving landscape. I aim to deliver pragmatic, solution-oriented support in regulated corporate and M&A matters, helping clients anticipate strategic, commercial and regulatory considerations while ensuring that transactions are executed efficiently and with clarity,” declared Błażej Gładysz-Lehmann.

He primarily advises UK-based and Spanish asset managers on Luxembourg tax matters, with a particular focus on private equity, private debt and fund-related financing structures. His practice covers both regulated and unregulated fund structures, co-investment arrangements and complex holding and financing platforms.

“My objective as a Partner is to support international asset managers with clear, pragmatic and high-quality Luxembourg tax advice, while fostering strong collaboration across teams and jurisdictions to address their increasingly cross-border needs,” said Yves Philippart de Foy.
