Arnaud de Dumast, incoming CEO of Cardif Lux Vie;

On Friday 6 March 2026, Cardif Lux Vie announced the appointment of Arnaud de Dumast as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company with effect from Wednesday 1 April 2026.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Arnaud de Dumast began his career in 1994 as a fund manager at HR Gestion, before joining Neuflize OBC in 1998. He successively held positions of responsibility in diversified management, marketing and financial management. In 2006, he joined the Management Committee of Neuflize OBC, and broadened his scope in 2010 by becoming a member of ABN Amro's Global Investment Committee, as well as being Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Management Board of Neuflize OBC Investissements. In 2015, he was appointed CEO of Neuflize Vie, a life insurance company acquired by BNP Paribas Cardif in 2024.
As CEO of Cardif Lux Vie, Arnaud de Dumast brings his expertise and knowledge of the life insurance business and private banking to the company. He will continue the business development in Luxembourg and in the countries in which Cardif Lux Vie operates in Europe (France, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Portugal) and outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Arnaud de Dumast will succeed Alexandre Draznieks, who has been head of Cardif Lux Vie since 2022 and who is taking on new responsibilities within the group.
This appointment is subject to approval by the Commissariat aux Assurances, added Cardif Lux Vie.
