ONE Group Solutions Appoint Arnaud Bouteiller as Managing Director

On Monday 28 September 2026, ONE group solutions, the specialist provider of governance, compliance and technology-enabled fund solutions, announced the appointment of Arnaud Bouteiller as Managing Director with immediate effect. 

According to the company, Arnaud Bouteiller will work alongside the existing leadership team during a planned transition period before assuming the role of Head of ManCo and AIFM on 1 January 2027. Arnaud Bouteiller will succeed Lydie Bini, who will retire at the end of 2026. As one of ONE’s foundational team members, Lydie Bini has helped build and lead the firm’s fund management business since its establishment in 2019, shaping its operating model, client proposition and culture.

ONE detailed that, in his new role, Arnaud Bouteiller will lead the continued development of ONE’s independent Management Company and AIFM proposition for UCITS and alternative investment funds, encompassing independent risk management, valuation oversight and investment compliance monitoring. He will also support the development of the firm’s portfolio management and marketing capabilities and contribute more broadly to the Group’s next phase of growth.

Arnaud Bouteiller brings close to two decades of experience in asset servicing and asset management spanning fund servicing and governance, portfolio and risk management and business development. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Mirabaud Asset Management in Luxembourg and France. Earlier in his career, Arnaud Bouteiller was a Partner and General Manager of a third-party management company and AIFM, where he spent fifteen years helping build the business before its sale in 2021.
