
On Monday 22 September 2025, Luxembourg's Minister of Justice, Elisabeth Margue, swore in six new members of the Constitutional Court.
As reported by Luxembourg's Ministry of Justice, Carole Kerschen, Rita Biel and Marianne Eicher were appointed as Councillors, the first two effective 15 September 2025 and the third effective 1 November 2025. Mylène Regenwetter, Michèle Raus and Françoise Rosen were appointed as alternate Councillors, also effective 15 September for the first two and 1 November for the third.
The ceremony took place in the presence of Thierry Hoscheit, President of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court, as well as Francis Delaporte, President of the Administrative Court and Vice-President of the Constitutional Court.
