The Luxembourg Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning has announced the National Housing Week event will take place from Thursday 9 to Sunday 12 October 2025, at Luxexpo The Box in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

According to the ministry, the four-day event will see institutions, developers, banks, insurers and associations come together to present a range of housing-related solutions and services to the general public, from construction to renovation. National Housing Week is held alongside HomeExpo, bringing together in one place all the solutions related to housing and living.

Since its creation, National Housing Week has brought together ministries and administrations as well as professionals and institutions involved in housing in Luxembourg. Each year, the exhibition provides a unique opportunity for the public to gather information, compare offers and ask questions, while sector experts benefit from a framework for meeting and exchanging ideas.

Visitors will have the chance to discover both the latest market data presented by the Housing Observatory and current property development projects, driven by both public and private developers. Throughout the exhibition, experts from various housing fields will be on hand to answer the public’s questions – whether on financial support, project realisation, funding options, sustainable solutions or practical advice.

The One-Stop Housing Support Service will also be present to welcome citizens, presenting and explaining the financial support schemes available, whether for renting, buying or renovating a home.

New forms of housing – such as shared housing, intergenerational living and tiny houses – will also be highlighted, notably through the Innovatioun am Wunnengsberäich conference and the exhibition Our New Housing – An Invitation to Cooperate, designed by LUCA with the support of the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning.

Visitors will also discover KidsCity, an interactive space that raises young people’s awareness of housing and urban planning issues.

“National Housing Week is a unique moment of exchange between citizens, public authorities and professionals – a place where everyone, whether tenant, homeowner or future buyer, can obtain concrete answers, personalised advice and new ideas for their projects. I warmly invite the public to discover this major event dedicated to housing,” emphasised Claude Meisch, Luxembourg Minister for Housing and Spatial Planning.
