Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced a drop in petrol prices.
As of Saturday 23 May 2026, the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol has decreased by 4.0 cents to €1.814 per litre and that of unleaded 98 octane petrol has fallen by 4.9 cents to €1.919 per litre (including VAT).
LPG and propane prices have also dropped by 3.6 and 2.5 cents to 75.0 and 76.7 cents per litre, respectively.
Diesel and heating oil prices remain unchanged at this time.
Fuel prices have fluctuated in Luxembourg and other countries in recent months amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
