Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced a decrease in the price of unleaded 95 and unleaded 98 octane petrol.
As of Thursday 10 September 2026, the price of unleaded 95 octane petrol has decreased by 2.80 cents to €1.840 per litre (including VAT) and the price of unleaded 98 octane petrol has decreased by 3.00 cents to €2.030 per litre (including VAT).
The price for heating oil remains at €1.510 per litre (including VAT) and the cost for diesel for industrial/commercial and agricultural/horticultural are stable at €1.628 and 1.475 per litre (including VAT) respectively.
Additionally, the price for LPG and propane remains at 73.8 cents and 77.9 cents respectively.
Fuel prices have fluctuated in Luxembourg and other countries in recent months amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
