Luxembourg's national railway company, the CFL, has announced that rail traffic has resumed following disruptions caused by a technical failure on the morning of Tuesday 22 July 2025.
Shortly before 08:00 on Tuesday, the CFL warned of delays and cancellations on certain lines of the Luxembourg rail network due to a technical failure in the communications system. Its technical teams were on-site to resolve the problem.
About one hour later, the CFL confirmed that the situation had "returned to normal", although it could not rule out further delays and cancellations.
