The Confucius Institute at the University of Luxembourg has announced Chinese New Year celebrations on Saturday 31 January 2026 at Place d’Armes in Luxembourg-Ville.
According to the organisers, the event will mark the Year of the Horse and will feature a programme of cultural activities taking place between 13:00 and 15:00, followed by a dragon parade through the city centre.
In its invitation, the Institute wrote: “Immerse yourself in the magic of the Chinese New Year and enjoy plenty of amazing surprises!”
